But, because of the hundreds of options, it can make decision making pretty challeneging to find the best wedding vendors, specific to the needs of your day.
I made this blog post with some tips to help you find the top wedding vendors that are the right fit for you and your future spouse.
Don't book your photographer, florist, or planner simply because they're popular. Look through their full galleries and make sure their work matches the look and feeling you want. This prevents lots of confusion.
A single negative review doesn't necessarily mean a vendor is a bad fit. Pay attention to repeated comments about communication, professionalism, reliability, and how they handled unexpected situations.
If a vendor is slow, unclear, or difficult to reach before you've booked them, consider how that might feel when you're planning a wedding under pressure.
You don't have to meet every vendor in person, but a phone or video call can tell you a lot. You want someone whose personality makes you feel comfortable and confident.
The cheapest option isn't always the best value, and the most expensive vendor isn't automatically the best. Look at experience, quality, service, professionalism, and what is included in the price.
